Effective August 7, 2026. These terms govern use of YourGiftMatch by visitors in the United States. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the service
YourGiftMatch is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Recommendation information
Gift ideas and match explanations are general informational and editorial guidance. They are not a guarantee that an idea or product will be suitable for a particular person, or that any product, price, rating, stock level, delivery date, or outcome will remain available or accurate.
Third-party merchants
Some clearly labeled links open third-party merchant sites. The merchant—not YourGiftMatch—controls product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping, taxes, checkout, warranties, returns, refunds, and customer service. Any purchase is between you and the merchant under the merchant’s terms. YourGiftMatch is not the merchant of record.
Affiliate relationships
YourGiftMatch may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through certain paid links. Commercial relationships do not buy placement in the recommendation ranking. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not disrupt or overload the service; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security controls; introduce malicious code; scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service; misrepresent affiliation with YourGiftMatch; or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Site content and intellectual property
The site design, original text, recommendation structure, and YourGiftMatch branding are owned by or licensed to YourGiftMatch and are protected by applicable law. Merchant names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without permission.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue site content or functionality when reasonably necessary. We may also block access that threatens the service, other visitors, or applicable rights. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” YourGiftMatch disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, YourGiftMatch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a third-party merchant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
